There are some simple drawings below.

Pratt and Howe are most commonly used in GRRS. The thin lines represent cables usually tightened by turnbuckles.

Most garden railroaders build these from lumber, which gives them a certain amount of vulnerability to the weather. Paul Busse's "Applied Imagination" builds them from flexible branches for an organic look. In Applied Imagination bridges, and many others, the track is running on a solid 1"x6" or 2"x6" board, and the pre-constructed "sides" of the bridges are simply tacked to it to give the appearance of a working bridge.

I'll keep an eye out for something more specific.
