Thanks for getting in touch. Right now the big problem is finding them. The buildings they make now do not have realistic proportions or details.
The schoolhouse and Cape Cod were from the 1960s. The Sesame street storefronts were from the 1970s. I started collecting them in the 1980s, when that generation of kids had outgrown them. Nowadays you seldom see them.
I had started an article that showed the storefront conversions in more detail, but haven't finished it yet. I'll post it to the newsletter when I do.
