Has any one made there own cross or X section of track?
We are laying ours out and we have a spot were it crosses but not enough room for a bridge.
It is also at an odd angle.
I have an idea of how to do it just thought I would ask first.

Between keeping Honey Bees (Swarm & Cutout Calls) and work I have been to busy to even think about our layout.

Jim,

I've never taken a whack at this, but LGB has made 90 degree crossings, and Piko, LGB, and Aristo/GeneratioNext have offered 30 Degree crossings. I can think of some ways that they could be made, but you're probably ahead of me anyway. The critical element that might be touchey to fabricate would be the little guide rails that force under-gauged wheels to center properly before they hit the break in the rail. In most commercial track pieces, they're molded plastic, such as in the following photo.

Good luck with the bees; they're almost an endangered species here in southwest Ohio.
